Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of original purchase date for exchange or refund. We have extended this date to Saturday 1/14/2017 for the holiday season.

If your order was a gift; include your contact information and copy of original receipt. Please be aware; returns on gift orders will be refunded to original purchase credit card on file. No web store credit will be issued for future purchases. 

Bib Necklaces, Jewelry and discounted merchandise are considered FINAL SALE. No exchanges or returns will be accepted.

Goods must be received in original condition and packaging, unused and accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt. Swimwear must have the sanitary protection intact. Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on swimwear.

We encourage you to open and inspect your order as soon as your package arrives to ensure everything is in good condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. We cannot refund original shipping charges, however we do provide a free UPS return label with each order. To ensure your return is processed correctly and as quickly as possible, please complete the Return Form provided with your package and include this with your return. For your convenience, here is a printable version of of the Return Form.You will receive an email from Customer Service once your return has been completed.

If you would like to EXCHANGE an item - please contact our toll free Customer Service line 877.695.7655 or email Exchange orders sent directly to our warehouse will not be processed. Shipping charges for the first exchange will be complimentary; in the event of an additional exchange, standard shipping charges will apply. Please note we cannot apply credit from an exchange or refund toward future purchases. In the event of an exchange you must choose from items that are available at the time your initial order is added back to our inventory.

We cannot refund original order shipping/handling charges. We recommend using a shipping method that provides you with a tracking number. We are not responsible for returns that are damaged or lost in transit. In the event of a return, please allow up to 2 weeks for refund to post to your account.

While we try and make shopping with us the best it can possibly be, sometimes we cannot offer the seamless policies some bigger retailers can. At this time, items purchased on our website will not be accepted for return or exchange at any of our retail locations. Items purchased at any of our physical retail locations will not be accepted for return or exchange via the website and/or warehouse.
